To vote in Wisconsin you must first register to vote. You can register in-person at the clerk's office, with a special registration deputy or at the polling place on Election Day. You can also start the registration process online at My Vote WI. Please keep in mind that there may be delays when registering at the polls on Election Day. All voters must submit proof of residence with their voter registration.
To be eligible to vote in the State of Wisconsin, a person must:
• Be a citizen of the United States of America.
• Be 18 years of age on or before Election Day.
• Be a resident of the municipality where he/she intends to vote for
a minimum of 28 days prior to Election Day.
